At RPTS we take time to get to know the families we serve, provide family coaching and education, and ensure that each client feels understood and connected to the therapy process.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current California SP license or RPE license for CFY

  • Fingerprint background clearance

  • Valid CA Driver’s License

  • Pediatric therapy experience preferred

  • Punctual and self-motivated

  • Honest, passionate, and enthusiastic

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, screening, and treating children with speech and language difficulties

  • Provide parent coaching and education

  • Developing effective treatment plans

  • Collaboration with other team members

  • Mentorship of the newer team members

Location & hours

  • In-home

  • In our clinic

  • Flexible hours with the ability to set your own schedule
